The PowerPoint Productivity Toolkit is now a free release!
Do you have a job that makes you spend a significant share of your time with PowerPoint? Are you tired of spending too much of your time on the large quantity of routine, repetitive tasks when all you want is to make your slide deck look good? Specifically, do you find it tiresome to:
- Create and update agenda pages in PowerPoint, and make sure they remain consistent throughout the presentation?
- Changing language in the entire presentation?
- Making shapes the same width, height or keeping their edges aligned?
- Creating annotations to keep track of your planned improvements?
I've compiled a tool that helps you spend more time on your content, and less time on the boring stuff. The tool adds a ribbon into PowerPoint as below:
As a service to the public, I've decided to release it for free to anyone who may find it useful. If you want a sneak peek of the functions in the toolkit, check out the User Manual on the same page.
Jan 31st update: Some of you have reported that the license key you get does not work if your name includes a "non-English" character. While I'm working to get it fixed, please enter your name using English characters only, both in this form and in the tool when you install it.
Feb 3rd update: The issue above should now be fixed.
